
About Kelley J. Myers
Raised in Syracuse, NY, I have passionately cared for infants and children for over 13 years in New York State. Recently, I moving to Saint Albans, Vermont, with my lovely wife, Ashlee, and our three pets Milo, Luna & Stella. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know the value in guiding those I work with on an empathetic level during a pivotal time of change and growth and I hope to help others find comfort and wisdom during what is one of life’s greatest moments. The queer community is filled with unique life experiences and views of the world and I aim to be an assistant to those unique individuals and families. Certified through Cornerstone Birthwork Trainings, additionally I have my Associates in Applied Sciences in Medical Records which gives me a deepened inside knowledge of the medical system and continuity of care both in hospitals and doctors offices.

Apricity is an old term that refers to the warmth of the sunlight in the wintertime.
My women owned business, Apricity Postpartum Services, LLC, was born from the personal life passion to help every family bask in their babies radiant sunlight as much as possible in the early days of bonding and healing. I am committed to helping all families without judgement or haste in what can be an exhausting and rewarding time in life. I honor & respect all identities and bodies with the many life stories they carry with them.
My personalized postpartum services are catered to each families needs and can vary in tasks and timeframes depending on what the family chooses. Apricity Postpartum Services offers many different perinatal services including family adjustment, lactation counseling, newborn care, sleep support, healing & nourishment guidance, and community resource referrals.
